The BAC 150 really improved the musicality of the sound. Instruments are well separated and with a greater sense of air around them.
The most noticeable improvement is the bass. It hits much harder and the bass notes are better defined. The soundstage is also wider and there is greater depth to the vocals. It used to be quite an in-your face presentation but now it is effortlessly blended with the instruments.
What used to be edgy/strident treble has fleshed out more and sounds very natural. I can actually hear the fade and decay of orchestral instruments more clearly now. The dynamics and volume range have greater gradation.
Before the BAC 150, I used to have to wait till late night to enjoy the music when the AC noise is not so apparent but that's not the case now. It reveals just how much AC noise pollution there is in the mains.
From my experience, introducing the Elite BAC 150 into my system has a much bigger magnitude of improvement to sound quality as compared to upgrading a power cable. Very satisfied 😁👍
